• Project details: descriptions, measurements and photos of the space you share with us.
• Messages and call records when you call or text our business number.
• Records of estimates, signatures and payments related to your project.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule visits and prepare estimates.
• To send you messages about your request, appointments and project.
• To perform the work, invoice and collect payment.
• To keep the business records we are required to keep.

Text messages and your mobile number

We use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your request and project. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our business — for example software for estimates and scheduling, a phone and messaging provider, email and payment processing. They receive only the information needed to provide that service to us and may not use it for their own marketing.

Security and retention

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as needed for your project and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your contact information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing rhtileservices@gmail.com or calling (978) 308-9191.
